 | Our Mission... The Denton Community Food Center (DCFC) supplies food from one central community storehouse, free of charge and on a temporary basis, to people who are in emergency situations. DCFC has been in operation without interruption since October 14, 1974. From serving less than 300 families in its first full year of operation, DCFC now serves more than 5,700 families annually.
